Nail fungus?!!!!!?

My boss' wife - a manicurist - recently inferred that I have nail fungus. Was this because my nails are thick and tips white or, because my nail beds were cloudy and scuffed at the time because I had been working with a lot of heavy lyes and detergents? Natural french nails aren't by themselves a sign of nail fungus are they? My recovered nail beds are a shiny rosy pink though yes, my tips are white and my nails are thick and will usually grow until I cut them. My nails have always been just the way they are now. My hair is long and thick, too. I always thought they correspond to each other though I may be wrong about that. (Women can be so snide.....)Nail fungus?!!!!!?

Nail fungus, is a condition that affects the nail of around 6% to 8% of the adult population. A change in colour, thickening of the nail, becoming brittle, or rippled nail may be a sign of nail fungus.

nail fungus usually looks like a dark spot your nail. i have never seen it on hands, just feet. they sell at the drug store a nail fungus treatment. just apply it whenever the directions tell you to and it will go away.

be sure when you get your nails done that the place you go to uses new nail files, clean equipment etc every time. they should disinfect their tools after every client.

  1. Certainly nail fungus is a very common problem. Our fast lifestyle enhances this problem. We have no time to dry our wet legs. We keep on wearing shock on our wet legs. These little- little things cause this big problem.
