had the same thing for more years than i can remember.
when i eventually went to a podiatrist he told me to just paint them with tea tree oil, on a regular basis. i did this and it sure as heck worked. didn't really do it on a regular basis.
I have also heard standing in a bleach water solution (while taking your shower) and soaking feet in apple cider vinegar is helpful
