put your foot in a deep pan filled with warm water and add 1/4 cup of EPSOM SALT, soak your entire foot for 20 minutes.and do the same the next day or two then skip 2 or 3 days .....keeping your foot dry ...and you should be free of that nasty ole fungus
Unfortunately it is really hard to get rid of. There are many over the counter products that might work but the best way is to get prescription meds (pills you have to take for 6 months).
I hate it when people do this.
